You may not realize this but there IS a CENTER in this Country and MOST of the people in this Country are members of that center. Of course there is a center.........I just don't think you and I agree what that center is. When they vote they aren't looking for a Democrat or a Republican... They're just looking for a LEADER.... More and more, Americans are voting along party lines. And yes, I know all about the so called independents. I was one up until 2008. Most independents are not truly independent and tend to vote more for one party than another.
