I just would like you and others to understand that my rather inquistorial approach is not intended to be confrontational. A friend of mine who is a lurker and followed this whole disagreement told me the other day that he could understand why some people might find my approach intimidating. He is an active futures trader and we chat often by phone and he told me that I am just as pointed in my questions and assertions on the phone as I am in my postings -- but on the phone, he knows from the tone of my voice that my intention is to probe as opposed to challenge or confront. He told me that as he read several of my postings he could literally hear my voice -- but to someone who does not know me in person, the very same words may come through as harsh. Such are the pit-falls of cyber-communication!! Perhaps, one day in the future Iqbal and I will chat by phone or in person and he will see this to be true. The last thing that I would want to see happen is for Iqbal to feel that posting on this thread is a thankless task and be turned off from doing so--I would rather be a lurker and cease to post than to have this happen---I mean this sincerely.
