Do not expect as much trouble with the B's as the A's. Only 650,000 existed before exercising of A's. A year or so ago approx. 180,000 were exercised and recently less than 300,000 were exercised, the majority by one broker. Rumor has it this broker controls about 20% of the B's. Should the B's ever see a 3/8 offer or better they would be a steal! I don't know that TRIBY ever sees 20's before getting bought out, but with decent earnings multiple we could 15-20 in 24 months or so. DMore
