That would be Tesla and they're burning taxpayers money - not exactly investors in the sense we hold any stock or have any hope of a return.
Let's not forget about Solyndra, who was "creating jobs" for a while.

They didn't have any customers, yet Obama was running victory laps around their lavish campus in Fremont, CA, celebrating the notion that he created these clean, green jobs.

Of course, without the customers they couldn't sustain themselves, but if the Democrats had their way, Solyndra could have been declared "too big to fail" and could have been sustained by taxpayer money.

Then they could continue "creating or saving jobs" without one customer to speak of.
