You still haven't answered my question. How do Silicon Valley start-ups employ people when they start off with NO customers?

In fact, I've posed this question several times, only for you to avoid it.

Those facts are stubborn things!!!!

When you have a business plan and powerpoint slides, you probably don't have customers. That is obvious. I have said this several times. You might have letters of intent.

But before a plan gets funded, they need to make the case that consumers/clients will want the product and can afford to PAY for it.

Again, there are MLMs out there that sell faux distibutorships to new distributors who sell to more new distributors and so on; and don't need end-users or customers; not my game or Adam Smith's for that matter.

By giving them low salaries but stock options that will 'make them rich'! Then, they discover they've signed on with Pets.com, and not Google...
