The stimulus saved us from a depression.
I guess you agree with me that, in the case of Solyndra, it was government "stimulus" that created those jobs.

Until they didn't.

Stimulus was nothing more than bailout for the states combined with a political slush fund. They didn't "create customers" anymore than Al Gore invented the Internet. All they did was make up for the lack of government funding due to tax revenues falling off of a cliff.
