The Constitution, Article II, Section 4: The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. it was a blow job only in the fevered mini-minds of a party of losers (thanks Donald) could such a "transgression" be elevated to a high crime like Benghazi, you folks have nothing real and circle jerk to pittances or imagined transgressions to stoke your hopes of getting real leaders out of the way of the bleating herd you want to foist on the American people
