We really could not conceivably have NOT responded to 9/11, which is what you're suggesting. We knew the Taliban were complicit and they had to be dealt with.

I'm not rehashing Iraq with you -- I know your views.

Medicare and Medicaid have been a benefit but have come with a burden on future generations which is morally bankrupt.
