The fact that Osicom is not listed on the NMS doesn't bother me much. When earnings start coming through, if they do, the stock will begin to perform. What bothers me a lot is that Osicom is being prevented from NASDQ listing for reasons that have not been disclosed to the public. The delay might be due diligence on the part of NASDQ, or it might point to a significant problem that is being investigated --- at this point, no one knows. It seems to me that if the hang-up is due to NASDQ due diligence, and Osicom is confident of a listing as soon as the process is through, then Osicom would be expressing that confidence openly to shareholders now. The fact that they are so tight lipped on this issue gives me a lot of concern. NASDQ is not preventing Osicom from talking, their own lawyers are.
