Phil, The fact that the battle continues is testament to the resilience of the well-intentioned to one day succeed and that the basic drive is enduring. The fact that there is a plethora of information available to any who want to look is sufficient cause for hope. Now we just have to recognize our own part in the creation of this mess and do what we can to create something better. Something can be done about it.....pass it on! Keith
