Roger, I just came upon this thread. I think if you can harness the intellectual capital floating around on SI there must be something of value that can be created. I would like to be involved if you are interested, although I must confess that I will not have a lot of time to give. I am a lawyer, (and an MBA for what that's worth), but I practice in Canada, so I may not be able to give you the specific legal advice you may be looking for. Let me know if I can help. Ron P.S. Roger, I sent you via snail mail the NDA and three very short "initial" business concept, if like any of them, lets take one and try and model a "virtual Entreprise" around it. I have about five six "generic technologies" that can spawn a plurality of virtual entreprises in my back pack. Zeev PS, The Jan/Feb issue of Inventors' Digest (probably available at most Barnes and Noble) features Invent Resources, Inc., one of the virtual companies I have helped start. My mug shot is caricaturized on the front page. Unfortunately, as most caricatures, it is not too complimentary, c'est la vie in the fast lane (VBG). Zeev
