Yeah it was the Congresses war. As we know now from first person CIA witnesses, they pressure was on to support the bullshit case. They used Colin Powell's loyalty to the President and respected brand to sell it to Congress and the American people. You can't erase the Joe Wilson chapter, which did not support the Bush fearmongering of WMD. Cheney's office committed 100% treason in the Valery Plame outing. A disgusting chapter. The Congress caved out of bipartisanship, the buck stops with the President who declared himself the "Decider" and "unitary executive" to the adoration of the dittoheads. The "Mission Accomplished" stunt where Bush flew onto the carrier as a photo op, did not credit Democrats in Congress - it was clearly the President's solo victory lap. Yes, Hillary let us down supporting the Bush Administration. I've had no problem saying that.
