I believe what I said was that only (perhaps) a nurse could be compassionate enough to idealise the idea that the illness/maladjustment model could be applied to anti-social behaviour. It probably could, but the prospects of curing all such individuals is as unlikely as making an honest person out of a "Liars For Christ" member. In Margaret's day "health farms" were in vogue and many considered that open spaces, and clean air, and following strict regimes could cure physical and mental ailments. And to some extent, there is a great deal of truth in that. But "Liars for Christ" will lie and misrepresent in all of the 4 corners of the flat earth. They are not ashamed of their jobs. They believe the end justifies the means.
