Sent you an email. The more I read about YK2, the more I become convinced it is very real and a huge problem. Now various governments, Congress, the Federal Reserve, insurance companies and lawyers, etc., are all sounding verrry concerned. Soon companies will be required to make statements in their quarterly reports regarding their Yk2 preparedness. The UK department of health alone is estimating a cost of 1B to fix their YK2 problems as is Unilever. Estimates are mushrooming everywhere and people are just beginning to get serious about the problem. Many worldwide estimates are suggesting 600B. Personally I would not be surprised to see the cost surpass 1 trillion. We shall see.

I was in King's Supers the other day, right after they had remodeled the store and upgraded their software. Their computers crashed for a couple of hours. You wouldn't believe the chaos. You also might want to check out the "Reference" thread, which carries articles related to the general YK2 problem.
