But you failed to address the question of how in hell you think it is going to "save money in the long run." The program is massively expensive, so massive in fact that CBO has pointed to it as one of the reasons our budget deficits are unsustainable. Medicaid enrollment was projected to be HALF of the increased covereds. It has turned out to be a multiple of that. Most of the paying insureds were actually insured to begin with and only got Obamacare because the law killed their old policy. It is nothing more than telling all these people, "It is on us. We'll pay for whatever you need." And we are. Trillions.
