You are a simple partisan, who has gone through a divorce from reality. The ACA has given us: - Greatly expanded coverage and reduced rates of uninsured. - Those with pre-existing conditions must be offered insurance. - Reduced medical bankruptcy - Coverage for children through college. - Reduction in medical rate of inflation. Your party lost this one, in every aspect. The Republican party of "no" continues to conduct themselves shamefully and despicably in defeat. By the way, the unemployment rate stands at 5.3% now.
