"the hate for Hillary by the right is close to their hate for Obama. " This is fairly recent, since the election started getting going. The (R)'s don't have much positive to run on, they can't really offer any hope to Americans, so, they substitute hatred of (D)'s. They'd whip themselves into a frenzy no matter who was the candidate for the (D)'s, although it helps when the candidate is black or a woman... They hated Bill Clinton so much they tried to impeach him for a consensual BJ with a groupie.
