Should the head of the EPA be jailed for destroying an entire rivershed?

Have you ever seen the owners or executives of a corporation, like PG&E or a Virginia Coal Mine company, or an offshore driller that conspired to bypass safety or environmental laws causing human death, be charged criminally as a person?

The overwhelming cause of poverty in America today is family breakdown, not inadequate government spending on welfare programs or low wages. Children in single-mother households are over four times as likely to be poor as children raised by married parents. And an adult can avoid poverty by taking just three simple steps: graduate from high school, work full-time, and wait until marriage to have children. Only 2 percent of adults who followed those rules are poor, according to the Brookings Institution’s Isabell Sawhill; 75 percent of adults who obey the rules have entered the middle class, defined as making at least $55,000 a year.

True, but having to compete in the job market with illegals from third world country's hurts the poor too.

>>Actually, in a sense, Corporations have more rights than people today.<<

Hell yes! Corporations can commit major crimes earning 10's of millions of Benjamins, pay a fine smaller than they profited if caught, write it off as a cost of doing business, and keep on going to do it again! Just let one of us ordinary 'people' try that!

John McCain is a RINO loser who has no credibility with anyone here, blue or red.
