No, the two upgraded system aren't identical. Both Windows 8.1 before the upgrade. They were fully updated before the upgrade. I haven't been on the other one since the driver install. Next time I am on it, I will let you know if it is still flaky like this one. I think this one had a couple warnings during the driver update, but not on the other one....

The one where the AMD drivers installed without error appears to be in much better shape than the other.

I received a notification in Windows 10 about new AMD drivers from the AMD software. So I downloaded and installed them. It appears to have remedied the odd behavior I was experiencing on one of two systems. That is pretty awesome if it stays that way. Fingers crossed...
