Exactly the point. The public schools will get the rejected kids who have expensive problems. Then the right wing extremists will use the obvious consequences as evidence that the "government schools" are failures. Its just the same old privatization scheme to sink the U.S. public school system. It does not solve the very real problems in Education. There is zero way it will require a private school to accept any applicant. Studies have shown it will lead to very divisive religious and politically oriented aka racist, homophobic etc. "schools." The kind you guys pray for, Defeats the main purpose and social advantages of public education and what keeps this country moving forward.
