Interesting.
I'm not about to invest in real estate in Vancouver but I am not going to bet against it either, at least until there is a crack down on Chinese Money laundering. People have been talking about the bubble in Vancouver for about 7 years now. I can't see interest rates rising in the near future, I would guess that a rise in interest rates would be the catalyst for a burst - but bogus lending could be it. See any other catalysts?
