PKT....agree 100%. What shook out the last of my shares was the market reaction to the JV. It is a parallel to the old saying "if a stock reacts negatively to positive news sell it".....but "if it reacts positively to negative news buy it." However on the venture exchange of late they sell positive news and sell even harder negative news. lol I just wasn't fond of the reaction....figured it would pop harder which made me think it was weaker than I speculated. Knew summer and the warrants were coming and chose to step aside. I've been sniffing around again but I need a rumor, a catalyst, or a screaming tape to get me motivated. In the dog days of summer the last thing I need is another lazy mutt. :) Still love what they're up too. And they've made parking sexy before. Just waiting for her to bat an eye. MSD: it's a paper play in my mind....at least for now. But I'm not too proud. Will present some great trading opps and the positioning is still occurring. Bear in mind it's a long way from a viable business. Cheers Marcos
