What does the 'Ferguson effect' mean to you?It means that we as a society fear discrimination more than violent crime. That doesn't make any sense. Who fears discrimination more than violent crime? No one I know. That's why you don't hear much about the rise in black-on-black crime these days, but you hear a LOT when another white officer shoots a black suspect, even if justified. I don't know where you get your news but I hear about black on black crime all the time. Yes, its true that the media is emphasizing white cops shooting black males but hell......that's long overdue. Another one of America's dirty little secrets finally seeing the light of day.
