IBD always has the Monday edition mailed out ( or delivered on
Saturday) The issue I received is dated 22 Dec. Monday. That is what
they do because some people have home delivery and some have mail
delivery. As for Intc, the person mentioned in the article had a
short on intc if it broke 69, which it did. He is a technical type
and if you look at the chart, you can see the desending tops. FYI
