Incredible K1, I must have posted dozens of posts with the NT reference in them and NOBODY ASKED!!! Congratulations, you recognized the NT!!! As far as the correlations... I think I irritated Jim enough so he has exited our thread... I really appreciated his questions and I know many have questions and just don't ask for one reason or another... so it is nice have sparkplugs like you and he around and the same with others who post over and over again. I did some correlations as posted but really don't have the expertise to go much further with them... when I suggested Jim help us out, he went off in a huff I am afraid. Probably my fault, too. I tried matching the correlation with the change in the trend as defined by ROC and I think I know what it is doing... I don't have the resources to really do a professional job of backtesting and coming up with the best time spans to use and so forth... better a known indicator faulty than an unknown indicator perfect! (Heard something like that before, somewhere) Well, gotta go feed the cats... Maybe we can come up with some way of check this out that isn't so labor intensive... Bill
