Why do issues concern you if you are not even interested in investing in that stock then. Why are you raising issues with LTE for example when it does not concern you as you are never going to buy that stock. I am all for listing all the negatives but if you are bashing cheerleaders because they only post positives, you are just as guilty. Right now you say MBX is overvalued based on what they have and eps but you held this stock at higher prices than today, was it not overvalued then? I don't understand you, seem more like a short term trader to me. Also, what price should mbx be at if it was to be properly valued. Maybe you can back it up with facts to make your posts stronger.
