I answered the question - to the best of my knowledge, CCB is in the process of obtaining permits.

Are you suggesting that CCB is performing drilling, excavation and trenching work in support of a resource estimate without a permit?

That would be pretty reckless and completely irresponsible in my books.
I believe that neither CCB management nor the professional consultants hired by them would ever engage in such illegal activity.

I called Bruce Duncan, he is very approachable, and asked him about those bulk sample permits, all one has to do is call him!
The bulk sample permit is a non event , after the initially reply, they just have to renew it once a year, just like a drivers license , it is free of charge takes 3 pages and some pictures and voila!
Btw, anyone can call Bruce Duncan, CEO of CCB,

905 813 8408

btw, they also have the permit to take samples off the site !!!
