"talk about "uninspiring", getting your info from the "Sunday shows".

I come to that same conclusion by watching her, and by recalling her in '08. It's hard to inspire when you ain't having fun, and she (and John Ellis) looks like she's not. Bernie (and Trump, altho I hate the comparison) looks like he's having the time of his life. Her crowds reflect her lack of passion; they just don't seem that excited.

She's not a great campaigner, and she's in a campaign for a bigger campaign, which makes things awkward.

"the most important thing is policy"
The most important thing is likability. Gore and Kerry had policy, but Shrub was the guy America wanted to have a beer with.

I actually enjoy listening to Hillary. She has plenty of personality for me. I'm guessing some people don't understand a normal (non Palinated) female candidate. I can't believe the energy she has for her age. I'm prejudiced against old people- I worry they're going to drop dead (because they do tend to do that) or lose their minds ('cause they do that too)- but Hillary seems pretty amazing and pretty committed (in a female, non Trumpy, way). Maybe people want her to scream, or something. But she'll obviously do a lot of the things Obama was doing (that certain people here claim to like)- and she won't be a republican. You can bitch and moan about how you'd like someone else (I'd like Obama again, myself- because he was just about perfect) but I can't have that, so do I give a shit what dem I vote for? Not really. Do I have any power over who the party chooses? No. Do you? No. Do I want to hear you whine about who the dem party picks? NO (Steve- you might want to read this part closely. I do NOT want endless whining on this thread about who the dems choose. This election will be important- and I've no idea if your individual votes or voices count even in the general election, but just in case, there will be UNITY here behind the dem candidate, once one is picked. Where I do not see unity, you will see a ban. Keep that in mind for the future. Your government gives you freedom of speech protection as relates to the government- I am not the government, and I want the dems to win.)
