RPA has indicated a federal EA would not be required, only provincial.

That's correct vette, RPA estimate is almost three years to obtain the permits, and then two years to construct the mine.
Five years until production, assuming they started the baseline environmental work today.

And how many environmental permits on First Nations lands have ever been fast-tracked?
More like postponement, procrastination and slow-tracking.
