you don't keep applying for a bulk sample permit if your not doing a bulk sample
vette, I disagree. If the permit is free and the application simple, you renew the permit so as to keep your options open.
Six months or one year down the road, you may want to perform another bulk sample.
With the renewal permit in hand, you call up the contractors and get to work immediately.

CCB management has acted proactively and in a very forward thinking manner.

I reiterate....read Quebec's Mining Act, read the public disclosure, and call the company. If that does not answer your questions, I guess you'll have to wait for more public disclosure.

What mystifies me is that you guys constantly bring up things Chief has posted months or even years ago, and yet you won't lift a farkin' finger to figure out what is being discussed.
