If you feel that way, then leave. We are not interested in
you hyping any other stocks over here.

Hello! Mike,

You previously posted that you felt that CVIA was overated at the .04 cent level!

I imagine that we will not know the answer to that question until at least a few months down the road!

I would tend to agree with you if you had indicated that the CVIA share price of .85 cents which it traded on September 16, 1996, was over rated at that time under the the Management of the previous CVIA Management Regime!

As we still have not heard all the details about the merger possibilities, and in fact to the best of my knowledge, only a letter of intent has been signed! ( Which is most likely much different then a finalized merger, supported with all the Shareholder and Regulatory approvals!).

At this point , it still is a shell looking for a home! However it is my own opinion, that the current CVIA Management is working very diligently to move our shell company into a thriving profitable venture!

Whether or not that happens still remains to be seen!

You also indicated that you felt that there are bettor stocks in terms of fundamentals and future prospects than CVIA! And then you went on to name five of them!

As this is the CVIA thread, I would imagine that the other CVIA thread participants would prefer that I direct my comments, towards CVIA!

So I will refrain at this time on this thread from commenting on any of the five other stocks you mentioned, with the exception of FAMH.

I have been following it for some time now, and in addition to CVIA , I have also been accumulating FAMH, as well as a few others!

Other then for personal reasons, I do know for a fact that there are several CVIA shareholders that are still holding on to their .80 cent price range CVIA shares! ( I would like to see the gap close considerably, so that they too could have a happier Holiday Season!).

I'm hoping that by the end of the first quarter, that the answer to your question as to whether CVIA is over rated at .04 cents will be answered!

Best Regards,

Wayne J.

Grover and all other thread participants:
somebody please do the math. If my memory serves me correctly from the previous releases and the previous posts: the merger would bring 3.5 mil annual earnings, with the current share count at 55 mil( not that it would necessarily remain the same ), would that bring an immediate eps of .063? Granted, this is all speculation. Someone please correct me. Jin.
