INTERPRET - nobody thinks like a nerd emotional scientist so that leaves a broad stroke on how to interpret one with no idea how to communicate to the public. IE. your a specification in skin. Spock Eyebrow... specs are used for guidance of "shoulds" and "shall". COMPREHEND - you only see things one way - your way, the evidence based bias.
