Rethink your 14 day window on FOI, mid-October maybe, if at all. My representations for exemptions concerning disclosure of any OSC records are to be filed by me before 6 Sept and then the OSC will agree/disagree to the same record disclosures, which then will be ruled upon by the FOI Coordinator on 16th Sep. Should I disagree, there is also a 30 day appeals process which can be filed to the "Information and Privacy Commissioner". Just the facts, my OSC Complaint File was opened 17 Feb 2015, my OSC Complaint File was sent to the "Corporate Finance Branch" 20 Apr 2015, and my OSC Complaint File is still open and active to this date.
