Andy-
You know release 2 pretty well, can you answer this- will there be a way to scan for a setup that doesn't occur in a finite # of days, but has a certain appearance? (maybe this can be done in release 1?) For example, I have found that a "wedge" of the 9,21,50 EMA in a liquid stock, if caught before the move, signals a good daytrade or short-term trade waiting to happen. Check MRK and LXK on 11/28 &12/1 for a long or MLHR on 12/15 for a short to see what I mean. I find these charts by accident, but see value in trying to scan for them. Maybe this has all been done before, or is a useless pattern, I still would like to give this a shot. As a scan designer, I couldn't get too far, being digitally challenged(hereditary on my father's side), and really appreciate the help of you and those on this thread. Thanks, and a good holiday to everyone!
-Alex

Andy - Scan request. I have a sub-list of strengthening stocks that
I'm pretty happy with. All I need is one to separate the ones that
LOOK like they're going to go up from the ones that ARE going to go
up, on Monday, but with time for me to buy in! How about some QPR2
help with this one? <gg>

Have a great holiday with the family, and thanks for contributing to
the education of so many of us.
