Gary.....My brother-in-law bought a PB about 1 1/2 years ago and when I saw him sit on the phone with their tech support for over 2 hours I told myself then I didn't ever want to have to be on the phone that long for service.....I don't know if they have improved or not..........Also I pulled up an old copy of PC magazine at work and found a ranking of PCs based on various factors....They were ranked A-D. There were only four in the A section (CPQ was in this section). PB was in the C section.....I seriously doubt they've moved up in rank since then......George
