As I said - too many variables in any one qtr to judge. Let's say that
Q4 DOES show lower margins - does that mean they ARE declining, or
simply a short-term effect of the effort to double staff, etc.?
What if they then go back up in Q1? Are they rising, returning to norms,
or increasing due to the uses MRVC is putting the secondary dollars to?

This quarter ends 1997. Let's see then what the numbers say.
