I'm not privy to the details of the complaint, or to the type of action that can be taken, so I do have a question.

Can the complainant ask for a cease trading order against the individual(s) or company(s) until the matter has been settled?

Seems strange, my lawyer says they have not and will not action the file you submitted for two reasons.

1) you named the accused
2) you provided the accused with the file number and complaints.
