I'm not being my usual snarky self here Chief. I've previously, publically, acknowledged that I owe my TFSA's greatness to you. However..... I spent half my working life doing libel law, if you feel you've been defamed, it is irrelevant what may or may not be in the documents you have requested. You have a 6 week window from when you hear about a defamatory comment to serve notice, you then have 3 months to act. If your lawyer is telling you otherwise, he's looking out for himself, not you. HH
