The OSC filing is privileged, any public comment regarding it may be defamatory, but that ship has sailed. If Chief's lawyer wants to read what is in the OSC file, it's just so he can charge Chief more fees. It may not be fair, but the law is very clear. In some jurisdictions the repeating of a libel is a new and separate libel.

Chief may be better off suing Hoov and Sideshow depending on the court.
