OT - Algo robot programs

That looks like the algo robot pay for flow trades. Since it is at the LOD, it is not worth it for the algo's to buy that order flow unless it triggers a technical sell. I know that Schwab sells their order flow and my Buys and Sells typically get sent to the bottom of the bucket.

It's just the nature of the new high frequency trading systems.

I had the same experience yesterday getting my fill on TGA. My overall order was filled in 25 lots or so. I can say the MM for both TGA and BNKJF is very aggressive. Could be some Renaissance trading in there too, ultimately it amounts to the same thing. I've actually watched the bid/ ask on another platform as I confirm my order and they ratchet it up at the last second.

I admire your tenacity on TCPI. I've been burned enough on death slides that I'll never buy without support validated over at least a few weeks and preferably 3 months or more. Not buying more than 10-15% extension above support is the other rule (I might violate this for a GARP stock but definitely not the norm). I typically won't tolerate more than 5-10% loss on a trade (depending on liquidity).

Hi Elroy,

That chaps me when it happens - I never hit buy all or none key.

I think that is evidence of High Frequency trading jumping in front of your order?

algo crap - it needs to be eliminated or penalized with a fee to the seller on less than 100 share lots.
