I had some serious George-junior deja-vu reading his position and comments on this. Patriot Act and waterboarding redux.

Started to feel ill thinking about how his brother's administration propagandized the public and misled this country into an incredibly ill conceived war

Jeb is surrounded by the same people who surrounded his brother. Jeb is simply GW2. Its a joke.
