This is the best site I know of for comparison shopping: computeresp.com Here's the best Zip price I found on it: CMPExpress.com IOMEGA INTERNAL ZIP DR WITH 2 DISKS 2.00 lbs $106.73 FDDPHT036AAUS , $ 106.73 each. Found Zip Plus for $176, though I know I saw an ad in Computer Shopper today for $169.

I think it is important to note that returned drive products in general (regardless of make and model) are returned for reasons other than being defective. These units are normally 100% tested, repackaged and sold as refurbished. I think it would be a mistake to make any assumptions regarding availability of refurbished product and Jaz failure rates.
