Under the agreement, Iran can stall these inspections through a UN-sponsored bureaucratic process.

I repeat.........the IAEA is an autonomous org separate from the UN.

While that happens, they can do whatever it takes to hide any evidence of wrongdoing.

And what might that be? The technology doesn't exist to completely remove all traces of radioactive materials from an area. We can't do it, the Iranians certainly cannot do it. So if we suspect that they are engaging in forbidden activities with radioactives, we will find out if they had been.
