Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM) - small Buy @ $67.92
Woodside Petroleum Ltd. (OTC Markets: WOPEY) - another small add @ $21.25
Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Se (LTS-PA) -NYSE MKT - upped position by 50% w/ small low ball GTC order; missed the low at $17.33/share but did get shares at $21.90/share.

A few of my low ball GTC were hit this morning. Upped my XOM holdings by 37%. Have not added to this position for over 11 years. During that period I had buys in CVX and COP, specifically, specifically starting a large position on COP in 2009 at $33.50/share. I did do a CVX buy in 2006 @ $58.10/share. Therefore, my XOM buy today falls into the once in a decade buy.

I continue to build my Woodside Petroleum Ltd. (OTC Markets: WOPEY). Company announced their next year semiannual div. and earnings last week. New amt is 4% and reflects the lower NG prices. Company has little debt and according to the CEO will be looking for distressed NG/Oil assets to buy in the coming months/quarters. My strategy is to eventually move 50% of my COP into WOPEY. I already have some COP sales in the $65-$69 price range but may have to wait several months before I see that price again. FWIW, I did receive shares of the PSX spin off and sold 25% of those shares @ $86.00/share with proceeds moved into WOPEY.

Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Se (LTS-PA) -NYSE MKT pays a monthly 9% div at current price (8% at PAR). I use the monthly div to help pay my monthly health premiums. The value to me is in the monthly income stream as health insurance costs seem like their rise every years.
