That should not be surprising to anyone given the stock's run over the past year. I don't get too excited about insider selling when a stock has seen significant gains. If there was something fundamentally wrong that triggered the selling, that's a different story. I'm unaware of anything bad and have exhausted all means available to the lay investor before making a buy. Despite the recent run, I just bought shares for the first time last week. I agree that something big is cooking, but I believe that it is to the up side.
