Al Dunlap is the most arrogant SOB out there and he is known to do the unexpected and outrageous. I think his hatchet job on WMX was just a ploy to boost Sunbeam and I would not rule anything out with Dunlap. BTW, did you see his quote about WMX "I am clearly the CEO that WMX needs; however, with their current Board culture and the attitude of Mr. Miller and others like him, I would not consider heading that company." I think this is Dunlap's way of saying he is campaigning for the job.
