How would houses know the results before they were released? I've wondered many times when I here people talking about shorting stock and houses manipulating.Is there not a buyer for every seller,when you look at the average price bought and sold the prices are very tight.We can speculate all we want but only time will tell.Peolple that are long are positive and people that are short are going to be negative,and thats just the way it is! Personally I'm long,that could change in a hurry if the release sucks,but we'll see. Andy
