My point was that you can't be an employee and an owner at the same time.
It creates many conflicts, not to mention that you can be out of work
and totally broke at an old age.
Let me see those employee/owners come up and voice objections when the management screws up. If you as a shareholder have not the guts to demand some action for your investment,how you can expext the employees to critisize their bosses?
