No, you did not even begin to answer the question as asked, you added a number of extraneous irrelevancies and substituted an arbitrary legal definition to hide behind and pretend that you were answering when you in fact you have no answer. Under "a" below you will see that the lawmakers reference the difference: in the mother's womb it is a human FETUS--not a person.`` LOL! Every word that comes out of your mouth is a lie. The only `person` mentioned in section a, is the person doing the illegal abortion. Of course your position is that the woman has a natural right to abort her fetus regardless of any Law. Killing her unborn child is either a right or it isn`t, you can`t have it both ways. If she wants to kill her perfectly healthy Baby the moment before it is born then you support her decision fully. Also noticeably absent from the statutes you quoted were any reference to a `Horribly deformed` or `dying` fetus. In fact there is no valid medical reason to perform partial birth abortions. The reason they are performed is to accomplish eugenic Race cleansing (hello Margaret Sanger) by killing children who have Downs Syndrome and other non life threatening medical issues while it is still legal to do so. Again we see you hiding your monstrous eugenic Race cleansing goals behind arbitrary non scientific weasel laws. What a man!
