A guy who nonchalantly shrugs off 3M gallons of toxic waste dumped into a river system that humans and animals, wild and domestic, depend on shouldn't accuse anyone of lying.

The point is valid ... if toxic waste is harmless like you claim, why bother to regulate it being dumped into the nation's water system?

And yes crude oil and natural gas natural seeps occur all over the world, including in your native Pennsylvania mountains. It's why Col Drake drilled a well there long ago ... natural seeps gave him reason to believe he could drill a well and get oil.
